A busy day for us both. I had a gym visit followed by a Physiotherapy appointment to try and help with my grumpy knee. Richard had had a Covid Booster and a chest X-ray. 

By the time that was completed we just had time for a quick to Whitby for a short shopping trip. 

No time for photography so a quick snap of one of my pot plants. Bought as a small plant from a charity garden stall in Rosedale. The late sun making the colour pop. Fingers crossed the warmth continues for a while. The farmers certainly need a dry spell.
