The Snark

Drove to Darts Farm today and walked to Topsham. Jacqui needed to buy a tripod for the preloved scope she has recently acquired. Great advice and stock  at the RSPB shop. The Snark, moored at Topsham Quay operates sailing cruises, locally and across the channel. The day was rounded off with fish and chips.
The bird hide at Bowling Green Marsh gave us the birds of the day - two spoonbills - and also the uplifting sight of house martins, sand martins, and swallows in abundance.
