The Wild Garden
Bert has scrubbed the terrace thoroughly. The terrace where we never sit because it's in the shade. I planted some plants and one shrub, scattered seeds, cut off excess green from the now dead flower bulbs and that was it.
The beginning of discovering how the garden will survive without our interference. A relief for Bert, a challenge for me. I have been lavish with seeds of Daisies, Echinopsis and Echinacea in two varieties. I have also planted ground covering plants. We are even letting go of the care of the footpaths.
Fingers crossed.
