Chop, chop.

J dropped me off at the gym this morning, and then went to Llandow to meet with the " boys" the first time for a few weeks, so a definite improvement.  Vic turned up after his trip to Cheltenham, although Des was a no show. Cath Vic & I went for a coffee afterwards. Then a walk into town to get a few bits and I caught the bus home. I arrived home just before J, and he had enjoyed his morning and we had lot's of stories to share.
