A Bit of Pampering!

My friend bought me a voucher for my birthday to have a pedicure. It's taken since March to sort it out, but I went today. It was so nice. I sat in a big comfy chair that did all sorts of massaging on my back. I put my feet into warm soapy suds and had to let them soak. Then my feet were filed, massaged, creamed, nails cut and polished. She said my feet were in very good condition which I found surprising. Now I have pretty feet...if there is such a thing!

The rest of the day has been a doing day again.

I haven't got my personal trainer for two weeks as he is on holiday so like a good girl I did quite a bit this morning.

Now I'm off to boxersize in a minute. It's quite warm already. Think it will be a cold shower tonight.

Hope we get this nice hot spell we have been promised.
