Got to Urgent Care, as instructed, when they opened at 8am. I was triaged and x-rayed and had seen a nurse twice in 3.5 hours. Could’ve been worse. I also always ended up in a seat near the front desk, so I heard lots of good goss about my fellow waiting room gang.

Back to work for the afternoon. Oh and thankfully no breaks - just soft tissue damage and inflammation.
