My lumbago is much better and I managed to ride again, woohoo! 
Willow wasn't very motivated as it was very warm. 

I took Djeili for a nice walk by a stream to give her a chance to jump in from time to time to cool down. With all the pain medication, she was doing better today and was quite chirpy and playful.
