Run along Chelmer Valley with B

B needed a blood test so took the opportunity of starting out early for a run along the Chelmer Valley.  A beautiful day with birdsong and spring foliage. I did several run-backs so clocked up 6 k in total. We called into the Danbury Tea rooms for a tasty sandwich then home.
