Royal Mile

Had an appointment near the Royal Mile this afternoon. It's always good to dip a toe into the city centre and remind yourself that you live in a city that thousands of people want to visit & spend their precious holiday time in. This is a dark snap, taken at the entrance of Fleshmarket Close, looking up towards St Giles' cathedral.
