Lone pine

In Montgomery St park. 

Out to the dentist in the morning for routine exam. Mild enough for the lightest jacket. Returned by Real Foods for supplies for more nut loaf. 

Out again for choir; the last session for this cycle; there's another just starting, but I didn't reup; maybe later in the year. The last session included singing in the gardens. 50+ people gathered by the big willow at the East pond to sing a round about a willow tree; then there's a song about roots done by a different tree, and '10 Scottish plants' which is plant names arranged to simple harmonies sung by the science building. Pauses between each to listen to the birdsong in the gardens. 

On the warmest day of the year so far, with very little wind by then. 20C high with breeze from the south.  Late flowering narcissus in extra.
