What a beautiful start to the day. Very pleased that I went out. Less pleased that my Pa decided to drop by and ring rhe doorbell at 7.45, waking MrRIU in the process.

He likes to get to supermarket before it opens at 8 and doesn't consider others. When I told him later that he'd woken MrRIU his response was that 'sound does travel upstairs' I may need to raise it again.
