Santa E selfie

We had a lovely morning with Tex and Sandy... We drove up to Santa Eulalia to show the somewhere different and have brunch. A lovely morning with these special people.
Later Nate and I headed off to a gifted private consultation about his eyesight. We were there about 2.5 hours but they did all the tests possible! Amaaaaazing. Nate very much did not enjoy stinging eye drops every 5 mins for half an hour, but they allowed ne to administer them... His eyes were huuuuge and sensitive as we walked home! Still huge tonight! The doc doesn't see any sinister reason behind the lack of vision in the right eye, so that's good. We'll see if he can be OK with glasses, apparently he may not be because of how different the prescription on each eye will be. We'll see (ha!)...
Went to order him glasses, nearly fell over when I found out how much they cost (because of the special lens in the right). But hopefully they'll help him.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The generous gift of this consultation.
2) Our lovely Atlanta Stephen being so kind and inviting Danny and the lads to his for a drink this evening. Lovely when worlds and communities collide.
3) Nate's relief at this stage of testing being done.
