Tuesday

I had to go and get mums birthday gift today and it was the last thing i wanted to do. 
I walked into town, numb and not aware much.  My whole body aches and its hard to put one foot in front of the other. 
Picked up a few things and got the  tram back, I  just wanted  to be on my sofa. 
So many negative thoughts and wondering why I am here.
