Photo walk

MrHCB has had a Leica film camera since he was a boy.  He's just decided to try digital photography, and yesterday took delivery of a Fujifilm XT5.  What a learning curve - for me as well as for him!  We went on a photo walk this afternoon to try out some settings on the camera.  It's a delight to use and the image quality is great, but so much to master.

The main was taken with my iPhone and is a square in Islington that we once toyed with moving to.  Every time we go there we wonder if we made a mistake by not moving.

The first extra was also taken with my iPhone and the second extra was taken with the Fuji.  The street where we live is full of film lorries today and we kept bumping into film crews.  Whatever they are shooting obviously happens at Christmas.  In the first extra they are putting up Christmas decorations next to The Holy Tavern.  In the second extra they are shooting a Christmas party with people wearing Santa Claus hats.  (I should say it's the most beautiful Spring day today!).
