Isle of Skye.

The wee family left for home in the morning. Their journey was straightforward, their planned stops met their needs. Lunch was again at the Kingshouse at Rannoch Moor.

We headed to North Skye. Just followed the weather, north of Portree to the Storr area. Very familiar territory. Not too busy.

The Cuillin were on display on our way back south to Broadford. The ridges and formations were in fine relief, no cloud, the right light. As good as I’ve seen them in a while. It’s often about timing and a wee bit of luck.
