Feel good!

After an induction last week I went to the feel good section of the Sport Centre in Colne. They are electric exercise machines and you have three minutes on each one. There are about 10.
It’s a bit different than swimming.
A nice day today so I have been in the garden for the rest of the morning and we are going to friend’s house tonight for a meal so I am having a rest this afternoon.
