The deserted wildlife park...
... is in Shepreth, Cambridgeshire, a few minutes drive from the caravan park where I shot George Sharp this evening for Times Money.
I drove up there after lunch in Soho House as the guest of Louisa St Pierre. It was the first time I'd been in SH a) during the day and b) sober and was amazed I ever found my way around in what resembles the library from 'The name of the rose' but with wall to wall Farrow and Ball and lunching celebrities.
We all had a laugh at the signs to the toilets which are embossed metal nudes, rendered in the style of Egon Schiele and are virtually impossible to tell apart unless you are blind and used to braille.
Great lunch, with both British and American branches of the CIA plus Roger Walton from Duncan Baird amongst others.
