Rain and Sun, Repeat

Another day of downpours, hail, wind and cool temps, along with gorgeous sun breaks from time to time. Typical Pacific NW weather.

I was supposed to play golf today but it was dreadful weather so canceled. Puttered around and cleaned my house. I had a happy hour in honor of my friend Lisa who returned from 6 months in Palm Springs (where I visit her) and celebrated her birthday this past weekend. It’s a great group of women and we had a grand time. The dishes are almost cleaned up now and I’m ready to chill.

I went out to the planters on my deck early this morning. I love these soaking wet pansies…gorgeous color!
