This is one of the oldest sections of the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, a place with an excellent reputation. I would love to know what is inside the circular structure. I wasn’t able to get a very good angle on it today but I will try again next week.

Rob went for a first session of hydrotherapy today in the pleasantly warm pool with a physiotherapist. We hope that this will help with the stiffness particularly in his legs. It will be interesting to see if he feels tired tomorrow.
