Birds and moms

We went bird watching today. 800 Barnacle geese and their chatter was the highlight of the day. In my opinion, who is not a birdwatcher. 
Extra: I saw the first wild pansies of the year. The funny thing about it is the Swedish name, Stepmother's Violet. A bit of a strange name for such a cute flower, since stepmoms are often seen as mean or not so nice. I do not have any experience with stepmothers, so I can not say anything about this.
