After a weekend of deliberation, we have come to the conclusion that we will not make an offer on the apartment. We would have to invest more savings than I would like. It's very important to me to have savings to fall back on in case of crises.

This whole affair has brought some good; I took more things to the thrift store. It won't be long before the bookcase can be removed and I will be reading books on an e-reader.
Oh, and I appreciate the space we have now. My studio, the empty room with chair and narrow tall cupboard. The Boy's spacious room since he too has tidied up...

A small, well large in size but a small problem, is the garden. Bert doesn't like gardening.
