New House?

Mrs. B. and I are looking to downsize from our home of 35 years. We are looking for a single-story house with a nice kitchen and view. This is the one we looked at yesterday (it is overpriced). It is high up in the mountain and has a fantastic view from the back porch. The owner does not want to come down on his price. ;((
