Potluck Smokers

Today was the spring barn party. Mindy volunteered to help and we spent the morning making preparations. There was an excellent turnout. The kids participated in a pie eating contest, and horse painting. There was a potluck lunch and the food was great.
Nina entered a bbq chicken wing contest and won second place despite us only having an oven (some of the other contestants used smokers and deep fryers). To be honest I think she had her friends all vote for her.
All the carrying and moving of tables and chairs left me pretty sore. I should have taken it a bit slower.
