A day in town catching up with friends from Argyll who I haven’t seen for a very long time. Before returning home I made my usual foray into the haberdashery department at John Lewis and these Liberty fabrics caught my eye. Would that I could sew.
I was extremely impressed to hear that F learnt to play the piano during lockdown, practising twice every day for two years. She now has a considerable repertoire of Gaelic Airs.
