Low, creeping and almost hairless
Veronica serpyllifolia. No cute common names that I could find, just ‘thyme leaved speedwell’.
It has been a day of rain, and I mean a day. Not a break from early morning till well after 4pm.
However, I took Honey for a late 2nd walk about 7pm and went back to where I’d seen this sweet little flower a couple of days ago, suitable for WFW. Although, having said that, it doesn’t say wild on any of the info I’ve found, but the location, in a grass bank, definitely suggests that.
Some admin done today, supermarket shop and not much else. I even watched an episode mid afternoon of a series I’m enjoying, Red Eye, on ITVx.
And now I shall watch some more.
