I Can See Clearly....

...Now The Rain Has Gone!!

Matthew and I set off in heavy rain on our walk today starting by going through Esholt before joining the canal and heading into Guiseley.

It was on into Menston including passing High Royds, a former hospital with quite the history...before climbing up to the moors.

We got as far as Hawksworth when the sunshine started to shine; the rain clouds seemed to vanish in the blink of an eye! Crazy how the weather can change so quickly, so dramatically.

Meandering back to Baildon and to Matthew's we enjoyed the sense of some warmth from the sunshine. It was then time for a brew and a further natter before I headed on my way.
