Sweetpea as Fireworks

Happy Canada Day - July 1st!!!!!
I have never been very successful at capturing fireworks so I leave that gift to others and enjoy their work - This image of a sweetpea gone wild was the first time I have ever inserted an artificial background and I only did that because I happened to have something suitable to use in my hand as I found the flowers.
I did some extensive Lightroom manipulating of that background to smooth it out - it was a folio with a "linen" type embossed surface which detracted for the flowers.
