Apple blossom and Channelside in the sun

The wind is still quite icy as it comes from the north but the sun was warm. So lovely to look across the water to the South Lakeland hills.

A nice long walk along the length of Channelside then a quick nip in to Tesco to buy some Champagne.. for our friend's Anniversary and a bunch of cards as a lot of people I know seem to have birthdays in May. 

Teatime walk for Fletch was a little bit early as he needed a bath.. not smelly but dusty and as his skin is now so much better I dont want it to get worse again. 

TV and a bit of knitting. I chose a project that would take me some time .. but already wish I'd finished it . As it is I've two requests from family so Il, have plenty of knitting to keep me occupied for a while,
