A delivery of yarn for another project . I’m not daft enough to leave it in the bag because one of the cats would end up making a bed from it .

Completely different note , a huge row erupted in a crochet group I’m in over the use of the word yarn versus wool … I know , people will argue about ANYTHING, still it was fairly entertaining.. so the crux of this argument was we should all say wool … but you can’t say wool if it’s actually made of acrylic… this is very true … but the older ladies were not having it … they shouted that yarn was made up by the Americans ( this made me laugh) … then another person who did their research explained that yarn was from VERY VERY old English and that we could only blame sweet sixteen parties and excessive Halloween decorations on the Americans… I was properly entertained by this I can tell you . THEN it all got very personal about bad teeth and no one liking Prince Charles… all the time I remained silent and amused and wondered how a seemingly gentle hobby such as crochet could end in near gangland warfare …
