Random daffies

Over the river this morning for a run at Tentsmuir. Still chilly and the wind had changed direction to SE so was against me for nearly half the run, fortunately it wasn't too strong. (It's moved back to NE again, I think.)
The run was a mix of good path, narrow forest paths, very sandy dunes and grassy old saltmarsh, some bits were quite slow going.
Got back to the car a bit before Mr Rat who did 7+k more, so got myself a cuppa and when he arrived back we got lunch - flatbread with cheese, chili and greenery followed by waffles with blueberry jam, chocolate and cream. Not the cheapest lunch but very tasty and worth the run beforehand!
This afternoon I did some jobs in the garden (nothing too energetic) and now am catching up with the bits and pieces.
