Remember Global Warming!

Our small country has had months of rain, overcast grey skies and generally low temperatures. As a result there seem to be fewer conversations here about the extent to which global temperatures are rising. So many species of flora and fauna have been lost and many more are close to extinction. Habitats are changing and in some cases being lost altogether. Our elected representatives lack vision and seem focussed on narrow short-term, political and personal objectives. It's not all bad though and many individuals and groups are trying to make a difference. Today's blip is a composite image. The tropical bird is a wooden carving from French Guiana set against an abstract depiction of global warming and loss of habitat.
