Gimmeldingen

Again a trip to Neustadt an der Weinstraße to walk from Mußbach to Gimmeldingen - and all for this one piece of cake that I had weeks ago on my first visit to this little café. Sitting outside and enjoying (besides that special cake, a Pfälzer Kirschtorte) the view. Behind the vineyards in the distance the Rhine valley with Mannheim and Ludwigshafen and the Odenwald in the background.

I think my friend did enjoy our little hike as well. She needed some distraction after the funeral and all the sad things lately.
