Lovely visit to Rowallane National Trust property this afternoon..Beautiful weather and the Azaleas were amazing! A good walk and had a lovely chat with a few people along the way...Looking forward to experiencing a sound bath healing tomorrow...Will let you know how I get on! It will be a new experience...
