Chinese Medicine

I need to find a local who speaks English to take me around the Chinese Medicine stores and educate me about dry lizards, cucumbers, shark fins and other, to me, unrecognizable foods. You wouldn't see an expat shopping here, it's a purely local corner with old Chinese people only.
