Sangria time
Another hot sunny day saw us lounging by the pool till lunchtime.
We headed to one of my favourite restaurants here, El Mundo, for their menu del dia. Prawn salad followed by lemon sole baked in the oven on a bed of potatoes and a lovely light sauce plus tiramisu meant I was glad of the chance to doze before heading out for the evening.
We decided to make tonight a good one as we leave early on Sunday morning and don’t want to miss our coach pickup by oversleeping. It’s my birthday on Saturday so we agreed to stay out till midnight to start the celebrations early.
We enjoyed some sangria in the Piano bar before dinner (fabulous fajitas) and then found ourselves back at the Irish bar again for more live music followed by karaoke. Another great evening and a late night as didn’t get to bed till gone 2!
