Breeze Team

Spent the morning out on a very sociable cycle ride with 8 ladies. Lots of chat whilst we peddled, and of course a cafe stop.
It was run by scheme called Breeze from the British Cycling association. I haven’t tried one before but this was led by someone I know so I joined the gang.
Excellent experience- I will definitely look out for another ride to join.
