Access denied.

The pigeons and seagulls- of which we have many- cannot get inside this basket.  The blackbirds and all the smaller birds can. 
There is a territory battle going on between this male blackbird and another. This is the bird that has been here a while and the other one is the newcomer.  I can tell them apart because one has a lighter mark under its chin. They are very territorial here. Not so much in my front garden.  There is a lot of mock fighting and chasing going on
