Waiting for a meeting

After a very long and tiring days moving yesterday, I've had to leave the unpacking and head to Cardiff for a Commonwealth Games team managers meeting at the Welsh Institute for Sport.

Managed to fit in a quick lunch with mum and dad en route, then headed to WIS for a quick catch up with Eddie and Zeus training prior to the meeting.

Glad I didn't have to wait too long or I may have fallen asleep standing up in the corridor.
