I went to a fascinating lecture on Mono & Xamarin, and how it's being used to target the totally different mobile platforms. I did come out thinking this was amazing technology, but also that I have a lot of research to do to fully appreciate how they pulled it off! As if I don't have enough techie stuff to mug up on.

This couple was enjoying the evening light and I was struck by how similar they were sitting, but how different were their clothing. The chap seemed to be giving a running assessment to his companion on the music being played on his tablet device. In my days we would have passed round compilations recorded on C90 cassette tapes :)
