I got my hair done and did some holiday shopping before going to physio. He’s sending me to ‘shoulder classes’!

Phil had left by the time I got home. He’s finished but the electrician can’t complete his work till Monday. I’m very pleased with our new en-suite.

Tom and I watered the allotment plants in the greenhouse it was very warm in there.
