Bluebell walk - Wickham Bishops

Enjoyed a lovely walk through the bluebell woods in Wickham Bishops with B.  Then lunch at a local cafe. Another lovely day. 

Later I ran the first of the Tiptree 5k Handicap series. It was jolly cold, and wet but when I got going I soon warmed up. I ran reasonably well, but felt a bit queezy on the second lap. Nevertheless I was pleased with my time. Hoping to improve on it next time.
