Tulip

This lovely tulip is on the edge of opening. Sun today but certainly very little warmth to encourage it to do so. 
These are lovely, fringed petals and mixed colour blooms but I can’t recall their name. I’m sure I’ve had far more of them in the past but only two are choosing to flower this year.

I walked up the village to the discussion at Tittle Tattle this morning which I usually enjoy but today was about the merits of our system of voting! I didn’t have a lot to say but I do believe we should always use our vote.

After lunch it was back up into the village for my hair appointment, again there was lots of sun but such a cool wind. Lunchtime weather suggested we might have minus figures overnight! When I left the hairdresser there were a few spots of rain, the first for a while but more to come this weekend with warmer temperatures, don’t know which I prefer!
