Channelside and Opticians..again

A bit breezy.. ok an Icy wind ...but the sun was warm . We loaded up the car with more  garden waste.. the brown bin is only emptied once a fortnight and we missed the collection as we were away . 
So down to the recycle centre. Only a few cars in front so just a 10 minute wait. 

Then a nice long walk along the Channel in the sunshine 

I had my appointment at the opticians in the afternoon. He hadn't been aware I'd a problem with the lenses and seemed a bit perplexed as I explained. In the end , rather than check the lens for errors he gave me another eye test. (It was a different person that had done the test last month ) 
He was thorough which I appreciated and the results are different from a month ago. .. which I'm not sure about as the test 12 months ago was identical to the test a month ago and then suddenly the results  are different. 

But the upshot is they're sending off my glasses to get new prescription lenses. I would like to hope these are OK but... I'm not holding my breath.
