Building works

I’m not sure what is going on with this building but it’s been empty for a while and now has been fenced off. I’m guessing some sort of renovation. Photo taken on my way back to my car at the end of the day, having parked in a different car park today to be able to exit easily via a different route and avoid some of the traffic jams. It’s a trial every day at the moment to avoid road works on my journey - I hope they finish it all soon.
