I had the exceptional honour tonight of giving the keynote speech and presenting the prizes at the end of year awards ceremony at Bucksburn Academy in Aberdeen.

An amazing night, with so many inspirational young people, stories and achievements - both collective and individual. What a privilege to be there with them on such a special night.
