Off to Whitley Bay

Lots of roadworks going north on the M1 today so the journey took longer than expected. Distance of 370 km.

On route we stopped at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the National Glass Centre in Sunderland before arriving in a breezy Whitley Bay late afternoon.

The extras are rather a random collection taken as we made our way to Whitley Bay.
