Amaryllis

Having waited over a year for my Amaryllis to flower again, it decided to bloom while I was in France! Fortunately the flower is still looking good enough to merit a blip. A rare glimpse of sunshine on an otherwise cold, grey damp day; heating has been on all day again.

This morning was swallowed up by visits from the chiropodist and district nurse and battling to get the WiFi working on the laptop. Even with tech support from Singapore, I failed. This afternoon I finally got round to unpacking my case!

Thank you for kind comments yesterday. Haven’t heard back from the bus company yet, but they promised to report back once they had investigated the incident.
