Busy, busy, busy

I will not, of course, be sorry to see the back of the building site across the way. Having people living there will be less noisy and less dusty. But it might supply fewer blips on days when, for various reasons, I don't leave the house.

I kept hoping to get out today, as it's been another fine day and there may not be many more of those for a while, but I had a lot of meetings, including some unscheduled ones, and lots of correspondence to stay on top of. I made almost no inroads into my to do list. I'm hoping tomorrow is better on that score.

Once again, it wasn't the happiest day at work. Fundamentally, this week needs to get in the bin. The sooner the better.
