Funiculi, Funicula-r

Marian had a meeting in Torbay so I offered to drop her off. I decided to got to Babbacombe because it's quite easy to get there and get back within an hour (at least it is when they haven't dug the road up). I parked at The Downs and had a wander about taking a few pictures.

The cliff railway is closed at the moment for annual maintenance. They have to be a bit careful since a nasty accident two years ago. I liked this view of the carriage and the lamp post with the lovely colour of the sea caught in a brief moment of sunlight.
