Wednesday: White Elephant

This is the one and only tall building in Belmopan.  It’s quite an oddity.  It belongs to a man who owns a lot of petrol stations.  He built it some years ago - apparently his wife hated it and refused to live in it.  So he moved his girlfriend in instead.

Other than that, little to report which can also be a good thing.

We started ‘Ripley’ tonight.  We’re enjoying it but do wonder whether Andrew Scott might be a bit old for the role (although, to be fair, he’s very good).
